With the increased solar activity, I've gotten a lot of questions as to whether we'll be able to see the Aurora Borealis as far south as Connecticut. I did some research and found out that we've certainly seen them before, but can it happen again tonight? We'll the conditions aren't exactly favorable tonight because we'll start to cloud over...plus the moon is almost completely full. Regardless, will we be able to see the northern lights as far south as Connecticut? It seems as though the best chance to see this will be overnight tonight, unfortunately we're going to cloud over so that could diminish your chances to see it!
