An outbreak of tornadoes hammered the Dallas-Fort Worth area today sending tractor trailers flying through the air like match box cars.  The image above shows two tornadoes side by side moving to the northeast.  These are text book "hook echoes" showing exactly where the tornadoes are moving.  I have a friend who lives in Dallas and I gave her about 10 minutes of advanced warning to seek shelter from when the tornadoes spawned.  This is a very serious situation going on so if you know anyone from that area make sure they are aware of this severe weather event.
