The nice weather continues this afternoon. The humidity level will slowly build through tomorrow.

A warm front will cross the area late Saturday night and early Sunday with some spotty showers and thunderstorms. More importantly, the humidity levels will go sky high and stay that way through the first half of next week with spotty PM thunder and shower threats!

Rain deficit numbers are still big and I am not seeing much relief in the extended forecast.

Shoreline: -4.71"

Inland: -6.29"

The tropical Atlantic remains pretty quiet. An upper level low far to the east of Florida looks impressive, but transition to a tropical system is not that common. it still bears watching!

Have a great rest of your Thursday! Nice meeting many wxedge.com folks out in Hamden this morning! I will be in Clinton next week on Thursday Morning. Come on out!
