Already seeing rain for northern CT, and that Flood Watch is still in effect, until 11 A.M.. While today will not be as messy and severe as yesterday (we accumulated ~2" of rain), we do have the threat of isolated thunderstorms later this afternoon, but minor rainfall totals. Today's estimates top out at less than a half inch. Litchfield county looks to be getting the most, followed by Hartford county. The rain will taper off later tonight, with patchy fog across the state. Spotty showers could affect some tomorrow, especially later in the evening, otherwise a partly cloudy day.
