So much chatter about the latest tropical storm that has formed. Because it's an "I" storm, and because it's formed in a similar place, and around the same time of the year, people are really going nuts wondering what's going to happen! First of all, this storm is very different than Irene, and before I get into detail about that, check out Quincy's article here. So if you have read that article, you will know that the steering in the atmosphere is very different than it was for Irene. In face, the likelihood of us not being effected at all is pretty high. We might not even see a drop of rain from this storm. Nonetheless we'll still get into detail about this storm, and another storm that will likely become Tropical Storm Joyce soon!
