Isaacs Track Trouble

So we've been keeping a close eye on Isaac as it's formed in the tropics for the past handful of days.  We have certainly noticed a trend.  At the initial formation of this Tropical Storm, the forecast models were varied in the location that this storm might have made landfall.  At the start, the possibility of it making landfall in New England was definitely a possibility.  As time progressed, the storm looked as though it could track towards South Carolina or Florida.  A few days later it looked to be a direct hit to Florida, and finally it continued to trend more and more west.  This is the track from a August 21st:
