Yes, another tropical storm to track for the Atlantic Basin. Joyce has formed around 15N and 40W and is not all that impressive. The forecast holds it as a tropical storm through early next week with very little intensification. 

The 120 hr plot brings it very close to Bermuda and that would be Tuesday of next week.
