Current forecast track for Isaac

The above image shows the National Hurricane Center's forecast track for Tropical Storm Isaac and the cone of uncertainty (outlined in white). Wherever the storm makes landfall, it is certain to dump several inches of rain, and a foot of rain is not out of the question in some areas. So, who really needs the rain, and who doesn't?
