Every month the moon puts on quite a show for us and last month I was lucky enough to get quite a few photos throughout its cycle.  This inspired me to share a few of the greatest hits of my two favorite photographic subjects, the sun and the moon.

Above is a montage of the phases of the moon from the last month when clear skies allowed.

Tomorrow night (Wednesday) we should (clouds permitting) be able to spot the 2-day old moon after sunset and just below it, you may just be able to make out the planet Mercury in the fading twilight.
