The European and GFS (12z) computer models are showing the potential for snow on Saturday and Sunday across Connecticut.

The above map is a rough approximate snowfall forecast, based on a blend of the two models. It takes into account precipitation totals, assuming that at least some mixed precipitation moves into southern Connecticut. The latest computer model runs show warmer air working north into areas closer to the coast, resulting in lower snowfall amounts. As low pressure is forecast to develop east of Cape Cod on Sunday, heavier snowfall amounts could be possible in northeastern Connecticut.
