The Storm Prediction Center has increased the severe storm threat to "SLIGHT"
Although the worst storms are expected to develop northeast of Connecticut, portions of the state, especially Windham County, could see isolated severe weather once again. This only adds insult to injury as communities like Windham, Scotland and Canterbury were hit very hard on Friday. Hundreds of homes in that area still have no power.
Isolated thunderstorms will develop across NY and New England this afternoon and early evening. In fact, there are already some strong storms in upstate New York.
