Zachary Duhaime

I am a senior at Hamden High School and will attended Western Connecticut State University in the fall to major in meteorology. My plan is to become a broadcast meteorologist. I have loved weather all of my life and can't seem to get enough of it. When a storm is brewing, I will be up all night long awaiting the overnight model runs  so I can  adjust my forecasts. Most people at school know me as the "Weatherlord".  All it takes is the mention of snow to have the students and staff coming up to me asking what I think will happen. I am known town-wide for being right almost every time when it comes to making my prediction about school when snow is being forecasted. I always make a prediction the day before the storm which is likely to end up in a  WXedge.com article. for all the latest weather updates follow me on twitter @zduhaimedmj  where I post daily forecasts and look ahead into what the future may bring.
